<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an uneven pattern-forming sheet showing excellent performance when used for an optical element such as an anti-reflective body, a phase retardation plate and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the uneven pattern-forming sheet includes a process of forming a laminate sheet by mounting a 1 to 10 nm thick rigid layer having a smooth surface and composed of a metal or a metallic compound on the whole of one surface of a resin layer composed of a shrink film thermally shrinking in a uniaxial or biaxial direction, and a process of meandering and deforming the rigid layer by heating the laminate sheet and thermally shrinking the resin layer to compress the rigid layer in one direction or two or more directions along the surface and fold the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
