<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly concentrated antibody compositions, and to provide a process for preparing highly concentrated antibody products. <P>SOLUTION: A process for preparing the highly concentrated antibody compositions includes: a step of subjecting a first antibody preparation to a first ultrafiltering, thereby providing a second antibody preparation; and a step of diafiltering the second antibody preparation; and then subjecting the second antibody preparation to second ultrafiltering, wherein one or more of the steps are accomplished at about 30°C to about 50°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
