<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display device performing an optimal video and voice setting for every recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This video display device includes: a DVD reproduction section 25 for reading video information and medium information stored in a recording medium; a video processing section 31 for decoding video signals read by the DVD reproduction section 25; and a nonvolatile memory 21 for storing medium information read by the DVD reproduction section 25 associated with video adjusting information. A control section 20 acquires the video adjusting information from the nonvolatile memory 21 based on the medium information read by the DVD reproduction section 25, and a video projection section 10 displays the adjusted video signals based on the acquired video adjusting information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
