<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method and apparatus of a foam-molded article which can take out the foam-molded article from a molding die without using a releasing pin. <P>SOLUTION: Foamable resin beads are filled in a cavity formed of a fixed die 1 on which a protruded mold 12 with a filler 30 having an ejector pin 30a is mounted, and a moving die 2 which freely approaches and separates from the fixed die 1 horizontally and is provided with a recessed mold 22 mounted thereon. Then, the foamable resin beads are foamed by heating the dies and are fused to form a molded article along a surface in the cavity. After that, the moving die 2 is separated and the molded article 40 is taken out of the die. The molded article 40 is taken out only by extrusion of the ejector pin 30a of the filler 32 without using the releasing pin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
