Provided is a steering roll connector (10) capable of suppressing the squeaking noise generated when an outer circumferential tube (15) wobbles in the circumferential direction. A stationary case (12) has a stationary-side ring plate (14) and an outer circumferential tube (15) as separate members, with a mating concave part (1) provided in the outer circumferential edge of the stationary-side ring plate (14) and a mating convex part (2) provided in the outer circumferential edge of the outer circumferential tube (15) at a position corresponding to the mating concave part (1), and the stationary case is constructed by mating the stationary-side ring plate (14) and the outer circumferential tube (15) with their axes of rotation (X) aligned and bringing the mating concave part (1) into contact with the mating convex part (2) in both directions of rotation with respect to the axes of rotation (X). |
