PURPOSE: A scour protection device for a sea-surface wind power generator is provided to spray seawater to block water flowing from an upper part to a lower part. CONSTITUTION: A scour protection device for a sea-surface wind power generation supports a superstructure in which a wind power generator is installed. A scour protection device for a sea-surface wind power generation protects a base support installed on a sea-surface to have the super structure located on the top of the sea-surface. The scour protection device comprises a fluid injecting unit(5). The fluid injecting unit connected to one side of the base support sprays the fluids to offset whirlpool.
