PURPOSE: A construction method and a construction structure of a bicycle lane are provided to flatten the surface of a bicycle lane by forming a blast furnace slag mixing layer using blast furnace slag balls. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a bicycle lane(100) is as follows. A base layer(110) is formed by polishing the surface of the ground. A blast furnace slag mixing layer(130), composed of blast furnace slag balls, a resin, and a hardener, is formed on the base layer. A surface finishing layer(140) having a specific friction coefficient is formed on the blast furnace slag mixing layer.
