摘要 PURPOSE: An electrolyzer for adjusting the draining amount of acidic/alkaline electrolyzed water based on strong/weak electrolysis is provided to implement an adjusting operation with respect to the electrolyzed water by using a flow rate changing valve. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyzer includes an electrolytic cell(100), a flow rate changing valve(200), and a flow path changing valve(300). The electrolytic cell electrolyzes water according to an electrolyzed water setting mode to generate acidic/alkaline electrolyzed water. The generated electrolyzed water is drained. The draining amount of the electrolyzed water is changed by the flow rate changing valve. Under a strong electrolyzing mode, the low amount of the electrolyzed water is drained. Under a weak electrolyzing mode, the high amount of the electrolyzed water is drained. The flow path changing valve changes flow paths according to the polarity change of voltages applied to the electrolytic cell in order to prevent the mixture of the electrolyzed water and the generation of scales in the electrolytic cell.
