<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use information which is acquired from outside by saving the capacity of a memory resource by narrowing down the information acquired from outside to information that a user requires. <P>SOLUTION: An information recording system 100 comprises information recording devices 10, 20. In the information recording devices 10 (20), an information storage part 12 (22) stores information associated with its vehicle A (B) mounted with the information recording device 10 (20), and a condition setting part 17 (27) sets conditions of information that the user requires in a state in which a monitor 14 (24) displays stored information.
