<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm for acoustic equipment, capable of reducing total harmonic distortion in a high-frequency area while maintaining an output in a high-frequency area at a high sound pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm 8 for acoustic equipment is formed as follows: an intermediate layer 86 is comprised of an upper layer 84 and a lower layer 85 formed from synthetic resin film, the intermediate layer 86 is made into a nonwoven fabric layer comprised of nanofiber of synthetic resin, which are then heat-press molded to be bonded to each other for formation of a predetermined acoustic diaphragm. The synthetic resin films of the upper and lower layers are formed from polyetherimide (PEI) and nanofiber 87 of synthetic resin of the intermediate layer is formed from polyetherimide (PEI) or polyether sulfone (PES). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
