<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress background and improve an S/N ratio in luminescence measurement of marine ostracod crustacean organisms. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for stabilizing cypridina luciferin, which contains cypridina luciferin and one or two and more substances selected from a group consisting of ascorbic acid, its salt, erythorbic acid, its salt, bisulfite and sulfite, and usable in a biological luminescent system to use cypridina luciferase and cypridina luciferin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
