摘要 The device has an electromagnet (2) i.e. traction magnet, moved in spatial directions by a motorized mechanism and exerting pulling force on a magnetic catheter such that a catheter is simultaneously introduced and spatially oriented with respect to a blood vessel structure by the force. Spatial orientations of the magnet and the catheter are controlled using synchronizing control constructed based on a computer or nuclear spin tomographic three-dimensional reconstruction of the structure and a current position of an intraluminal catheter tip detected by an electromagnetic detection.
