PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nanowire is provided to simply manufacture the nanowire without the phase transition of a raw material or an insertion of an initial material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanowire comprises the following steps: supplying a substrate including an oxide layer on the upper side; forming a thin film on the upper side of the oxide layer, with the thermal expansion coefficient bigger than the oxide layer; and thermal-processing the substrate including the thin film to grow the nanowire.
