<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine system capable of immediately restarting the engine when re-acceleration operation of a driver is detected while the engine rotational speed is being reduced by idle-stop control. <P>SOLUTION: The engine system 1, in which an electric assist turbocharger 4 combining a turbocharger with a motor 3 is connected to the intake and exhaust system of an engine 2, is provided with an idle stop control unit 26 for performing idle stop control that cuts off fuel injection to the engine 2 when the engine 2 is idle while a vehicle is stopped. The idle stop control unit 26 is configured to restart the engine 2 by resuming fuel injection to the engine 2 while operating the motor 3 when the re-acceleration operation is detected during idle-stop control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
