PURPOSE: A mobile deck lifting apparatus is provided to reduce time for loading and unloading by automatically folding or unfolding a stopper as ascent and descent motions of a mobile deck. CONSTITUTION: A mobile deck lifting apparatus(100) comprises a vertical frame(110), a stopper(210), a guide part(310), and an actuating part(410). The vertical frame is installed in each corner. The stopper is installed in the vertical frame. A mobile deck is mounted on the stopper. The guide part is installed in the frame and guides the mobile deck. The actuating part operates the stopper by operation of the guide part.
