<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for surely closing a lid of a cup containing instant noodles and accurately measuring a preparation time to solve the problem that a closed lid of the cup containing instant noodles and poured with hot water, is unexpectedly opened, and sometimes a user cannot tell a directed preparation time. <P>SOLUTION: After slightly opening the lid of the cup and pouring hot water into the cup, the lid is closed and fastened with a clip 1, and the lid is pressed by right and left wings 3 positioned at the upper part of the clip.
