<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive coating film excellent in any of conductivity, thermal stability and film strength. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive coating film is formed by coating a conductive polymer solution and has a surface resistance of 5,000 Ω or lower. The conductive polymer solution includes a π-conjugated conductive polymer, a polyanion, a (meth)acrylamide compound having one or more of an acrylamide group and/or a methacrylamide group, and a solvent. The polyanion is any of polystyrenesulfonic acid, polyisoprene sulfonic acid, polyacrylic acid ethyl sulfonate and polyacrylic acid butyl sulfonate.
