<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce granules which are suitable for furnace raw material by appropriately granulating water-containing iron-making dust and iron-making sludge without performing special drying treatment. <P>SOLUTION: A granule production device includes: a drum 1 charged with the raw material to be granulated; a stirring blade 2 revolved in the drum 1; and a stirring rotor 3 performing rotation while being revolved in the drum 1 together with the stirring blade 2; wherein the revolution direction and revolution speed of the stirring blade 2 and the rotation speed of the stirring rotor 3 are made variable. Using the granule production device, preferably, selecting the revolution direction and revolution speed of the stirring blade 2 and the rotation speed of the stirring rotor 3, the raw material essentially consisting of iron-making dust or the like is successively treated by specified cracking step, mixing step, granulating step, particle size regulating step, re-cracking step and particle size re-regulating step to produce granules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
