<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability relating to a position of an outlet. <P>SOLUTION: In a charging stand according to this embodiment, an upper body 11 on which an outlet 2 is mounted can rotate relative to a lower body 10 of a stand body 1. Thus, the position of the outlet 2 can be changed about 360 degrees along a circumferential direction of the stand body 1. As a result, the position of the outlet 2 can be changed according to a position where an electric vehicle is parked and a position of a charging inlet in the electric vehicle.
