<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler capable of suppressing an increase in size thereof while enhancing cooling effect. <P>SOLUTION: A cooler comprises: a first belt member 30A brought into contact with one surface of a sheet-like member P; a second belt member 30B brought into contact with the other surface of the sheet-like member P; conveying means 31 for conveying the sheet-like member P while the sheet-like member P being contacted with both of the first belt member 30A and the second belt member 30B; a first cooling member 32A being brought into contact with a surface of the first belt member 30A opposite to the contacted surface thereof with the sheet-like member P to cool the sheet-like member P from the one surface thereof through the first belt member 30A; and a second cooling member 32B being brought into contact with a surface of the second belt member 30B opposite to the contacted surface thereof with the sheet-like member P to cool the sheet-like member P from the other surface thereof through the second belt member 30B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
