<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply liquid cosmetics such as mascara, and at the same time, to enable eyelashes to be finished into the shape of radiation. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid cosmetic applicator is constituted of a stem portion 12, and a comb-shaped applying portion 13a formed at the front end of the stem portion 12, and is formed by providing a plurality of comb teeth 14 in a row. In the applying portion 13a, a distance between the comb tooth roots 14" and 14" is made larger than a distance between comb tooth front ends 14' and 14' between adjacent comb teeth 14 and 14. Therefore, the eyelash is surely sorted one by one by the front ends of the comb teeth, and a mascara is thoroughly applied. At the same time, an interval of the eyelashes between the comb teeth is naturally widened.
