<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sharply and easily measuring a concentration of a target. <P>SOLUTION: A target concentration measuring device is provided in which a target capturing section includes a body structure and a target capturing material. The body structure has a reflection plane having recesses and projections periodically formed on the surface, and when the reflection plane is irradiated with light, reflection light of a first intensity in a specific wavelength is obtained. The target capturing material is fixed on the reflection plane and captures a target. A measuring section irradiates a reflection plane side of the target capturing section with light and measures the intensity of the reflection light in the specific wavelength. An arithmetic section determines a concentration of the target on the basis of a difference between a first relative intensity and a second relative intensity. The first relative intensity is obtained by dividing a second intensity, in the specific wavelength, of the reflection light before the target is brought into contact with the target capturing section, by the first intensity or the second intensity. The second relative intensity is obtained by dividing a third intensity, in the specific wavelength, of the reflection light after the target is brought into contact with the target capturing section, by the same intensity as the intensity by which the second intensity is divided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
