<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit capable of suppressing a ripple voltage and performing a high-speed boosting operation. <P>SOLUTION: A first booster circuit 11 outputs a first voltage VPP. A partial pressure circuit VD divides the first voltage VPP. In a first detection circuit 14, a first input end is connected to the partial pressure circuit VD to detect a first monitor voltage VMON based on a reference voltage VREF supplied to a second input end and control an operation of the first booster circuit 11. A capacitor 16 is connected between an output end of the first booster circuit 11 and the first detection circuit 14. A first switch 17 disconnects the connection of the capacitor 16 and the first detection circuit 14 till the first voltage VPP is outputted from the first booster circuit 11 based on an output signal of the first detection circuit 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
