摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static magnetic field control method of an NMR apparatus capable of realizing an uniform static magnetic field even when having a temperature gradient in a sample tube. <P>SOLUTION: The static magnetic field control method of the NMR apparatus comprises: setting a temperature in the sample tube as a given temperature; obtaining resonance frequency distributions in the sample tube relative to two respective peaks present in the NMR spectrum of a sample for calibration from NMR measurement; obtaining a distribution of chemical shift differences in the sample tube relative to the two respective peaks, based on a difference between resonance frequency distributions relative to the two respective peaks; obtaining a temperature distribution in the sample tube at the preset temperature based on the distribution of the chemical shift differences relative to the two peaks; obtaining a chemical shift distribution of a solvent used for measurement in the sample tube at the preset temperature based on the temperature distribution in the sample tube at the preset temperature; and performing shim adjustment using a magnetic field gradient based on the chemical shift distribution of the solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
