摘要 Producing a composite disc in a laminator (2), preferably a solar module from different transparent and opaque layers with a metallic intermediate layer (3) visible from outside by at least one transparent layer, comprises bonding together the layers under pressure and heat supply with melting of a melt layer (4). A pyrometer (1) is used for monitoring the process temperature in the laminator. The pyrometer detects the temperature of the intermediate layer of the disc at a measuring spot. The melt layer adjacent to the intermediate layer is removed from a melt film or a hot melt adhesive. Producing a composite disc in a laminator (2), preferably a solar module from different transparent and opaque layers with a metallic intermediate layer (3) visible from outside by at least one upstream transparent layer, comprises bonding together the layers under pressure and heat supply with melting of a melt layer (4). A pyrometer (1) is used for monitoring the process temperature in the laminator. The pyrometer detects the temperature of the metallic intermediate layer of the composite disc at a measuring spot. The melt layer adjacent to the intermediate layer is removed from a melt film or a hot melt adhesive at a temperature, which is to be monitored. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing the composite disc with the metallic intermediate layer in the laminator, preferably the solar module, comprising the laminator with an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate (9), an intermediate retained membrane, and an evacuable working space generated between the membrane and one of the heating plates, where (a) the lower heating plate forming a part of the working space has a recess, (b) the pyrometer is associated to this heating plate, (c) the pyrometer is aligned through the recess within the measuring spot on the metallic intermediate layer of the composite disc, and (d) the pyrometer is connected to a data processing system, via which a temperature control of the laminator and/or a process time control is carried out.
