A third switch element (8tp) is connected to said bus bar (4p) and a T phase of the three-phase AC power supply (9). A fourth switch element (8rn) is connected to another bus bar (4n) and the R phase of the three-phase AC power supply (9). A fifth switch element (8sn) is connected to said bus bar (4n) and the S phase of the three-phase AC power supply (9). A sixth switch element (8tn) is connected to said bus bar (4n) and the T phase of the three-phase AC power supply (9). A terminal (104a) provided on one bus bar (4p) for connecting the first switch element (8rp) thereto and a terminal (110b) provided on the other bus bar (4n) for connecting the fourth switch element (8rn) thereto are arranged so as to be at a separation from each other.</p>
