<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit allowing reduction of a circuit area. <P>SOLUTION: A first booster circuit 11 outputs a first voltage VPP in first and second operation modes. First output circuits 15, 16 and 17 are connected to the first booster circuit 11 to output the first voltage as a second voltage VPGMH during the first operation mode. A rectifier circuit 12 is connected to the first booster circuit 11 to output a third voltage VPGMINT lower than the first voltage during the first operation mode. Second output circuits 18, 19 and 20 are connected to the first booster circuit 11 to short-circuit the rectifier circuit 12 and output the first voltage VPP as a fourth voltage VERA during the second operation mode. A detection circuit 13 detects each of the second and fourth voltages supplied from the first output circuits 15, 16 and 17 and the second output circuits 18, 19 and 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
