<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic valve manifold in which the position of a cylinder port can be changed. <P>SOLUTION: A valve block 20 and an air supply/exhaust block 11 are formed into a shape of a rectangular block in which right and left side surfaces 11a and 20a serving as mutually linking surfaces are square. Then, at the center of each of the side surfaces 11a and 20a of the valve block 20 and the air supply/exhaust block 11, central air supply passages 14 and 24 are formed, and around the central air supply passages 14 and 24, central air exhaust passages 15 and 25 in the same number as that of the sides of the squares are formed at an equal interval pitch. Further, on the side surfaces 11a and 20a of the valve block 20 and the air supply/exhaust block 11, sealing members 17 and 28 to seal a space between the central air supply passages 14 and 24 and the central air exhaust passages 15 and 25 are arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
