<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality determination method for a product requiring refrigeration, and an indicator for the method, which can be easily and inexpensively used and allows a consumer to visually determine by himself/herself a degree of influences of temperature variation and/or a storage time lapse in a storage environment of foods and drinks to be refrigerated on the qualities of the foods and drinks. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature detecting bag, which is prepared by enclosing a food pigment containing at least Blue No.2 and a food ingredient aqueous solution comprising glycerin or ethyl alcohol in a transparent small bag made of a sealed soft plastic film, is attached and adhered to a product requiring refrigeration. A consumer determines conditions of the qualities of the product by observing a color change degree of the food pigment in the temperature detecting bag, the food pigment varying colors in accordance with the temperature exposure history of the product requiring refrigeration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
