<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine for improving low speed torque and fuel economy, by further promoting initial combustion. <P>SOLUTION: Two intake ports 14P1 and 14P2 are provided in one cylinder, an intake throttle valve 13 for adjusting the suction air volume is arranged in an intake passage 4 on the upstream side of these two intake ports, first fuel injection valves 15A and 15B for injecting fuel into a first intake port, and second fuel injection valves 15C and 15D for injecting fuel into a second intake port are provided in the internal combustion engine. Any one of the first fuel injection valves or the second fuel injection valves is arranged so that a spray center line Z1 points to a spark plug 35 arranged in an upper part of the cylinder, and when the internal combustion engine 1 is run at low-speed and high-load, the fuel injection valve is controlled by a control means 27 so as to inject the fuel from the fuel injection valve with the spray center line pointed to the spark plug 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
