<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of an indoor cooling by utilizing geothermal heat. <P>SOLUTION: A building 12 is provided with a down pipe 16 as a rainwater drainage system which recovers rainwater flowing along the building 12, and an underground rainwater pipeline 17 which discharges the rainwater flowing through the rainwater drainage system to a sewage system is provided in the ground around the building. The underground rainwater pipeline 17 is used as an underground heat exchange pipe and heat exchange is performed between a space inside the pipe and the ground. The underground rainwater pipeline 17 is connected with a communication pipeline 25 which discharges air after the heat exchange is performed in the underground rainwater pipeline 17 to a habitable room 13. The underground rainwater pipeline 17 is also connected with a cool air intake pipe 31 which is provided in the state of being at least partially embedded in the ground around the building and which takes in cool air generated by evaporation of water in or near the ground surface around the building. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
