<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit that outputs a high voltage signal while using a low voltage transistor when an input signal is about half a supply voltage. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of an input signal being about half a supply voltage, an output circuit includes a third first-conductivity-type transistor as shown in Fig. 1. In Fig. 1, when the input voltage rises to about half the supply voltage, first and second second-conductivity-type transistors are turned on. Then an output voltage starts to drop to 0 V. In the meanwhile, the third first-conductivity-type transistor is turned on with the dropping output signal to turn off a second first-conductivity-type transistor. This eliminates effects of the supply voltage on the output signal to provide the output circuit that outputs 0 V as a low level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
