<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator having guide rails substantially integrated into a panel in door, without change in the entire shape of the panel corresponding to a kind of vehicles and without necessity of a large-sized press machine. <P>SOLUTION: A window regulator comprises a first panel in door having a first guide rail to liftably support a first slider which is connected to a window glass, and upper and lower connections to a door panel; and a second panel in door having a second guide rail to liftably support a second slider which is connected to the same window glass, and upper and lower connections to a door panel. The first and the second panels in door are provided with respective overlapping plate parts which overlap each other.
