PURPOSE: A multimedia system for vehicles and network communication method thereof are provided to apply high performance CPU(Central Processing Unit) to a multi-media system by providing specific interfaces. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(110) includes an UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) interface. A microprocessor(120) is connected with the CPU through the UART interface. When the UART interface receives data for vehicle networks from the CPU, the microprocessor changes the data into data for the vehicle networks. A message for the vehicle networks is transmitted to a receiver through the vehicle networks. |
