PURPOSE: A sound absorbing sheet for a vehicle engine hood is provided to effectively reduce vibration and noise occurred in an engine room and a transmission by forming a double structured space unit inside the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorbing sheet(2) for a vehicle engine hood comprises an upper sheet, a lower sheet(23), side walls(24), partition walls(25), multiple air inlets(26), air outlets(27), and fixing bolt holes. A space unit is formed between the upper and lower sheets. The side walls are integrally formed along the edge of the upper and lower sheets. The partition walls divide the space unit into two or more. The air outlets send air flowing through the air inlets to an engine room(12). The fixing bolt holes are fixed to an engine hood(11) through the upper and lower sheets.
