PURPOSE: Liquid feed for chicken using flammulina velutipes mycelia is provided to produce high quality eggs with improved nutrition by enhancing the immunity of the chicken. CONSTITUTION: Liquid feed for chicken using flammulina velutipes mycelia is obtained by the following steps: boiling 500L of water at 105 deg C for more than 1 hour, and cooling the water at 23 deg C; mixing the water with 1.2kg of soybean meal, 0.2kg of magnesium sulfate, 10kg of glucose, 0.3kg of potassium phosphate, 50cc of antifoaming agent, and 500cc of flammulina velutipes mycelia; and culturing the mixture at 23-25 deg C for 9 days by continuously supplying air.
