PURPOSE: A skin color based sensibility makeup recommendation system and method thereof are provided to embody realistic makeup simulations by embody realistic color in virtual space through cosmetics analysis information. CONSTITUTION: An avatar creation unit(152) creates avatar images by using skin information related to the body of a user. A cosmetic information processing unit(154) creates analysis information by analyzing plural cosmetics. The cosmetic information processing unit stores the analysis information in a database(166). A simulation unit(156) displays makeup simulation results based on the skin information and analysis information for random cosmetics selected by the user.
