PURPOSE: A three wave sensing and imaging system and a method thereof are provided to specifically sense an arbitrary object using a radar signal, a visible ray signal, and an infra-red signal regardless of environment or distance. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of radar signal transmission parts(100) is installed in sensing field and creates a radar signal and at least one between a visible ray signal and an infra-red signal. The radar signal transmission parts transmit the radar signal in detection range of the sensing field in real time. A plurality of object detection signal receivers(200) is installed in the sensing field and receives object detection signal which is founded from the detected arbitrary object in detection range of the sensing field in real time in case the arbitrary object is founded by the radar signal. An operation and management part(300) makes database about image information, location information, moving speed information of the arbitrary object by checking the object detection signal which is changed in real time and traces the movement route of the arbitrary object. The operation and management part controls the radar signal transmission part and object detection signal receiver using wired and wireless network which are connected and schematizes the movement route of the arbitrary object.
