PURPOSE: A distribution board with a load distribution function and a driving method thereof are provided to minimize the imbalance state of a three phase power source by distributing a single load to maintain the optimum balance. CONSTITUTION: A voltage sensing unit(110,111,112) monitors a voltage according to a line of a three phase input power line(R,S,T). A current sensing unit(113-1 to 113-n) monitors a current of n single loads(300-1 to 300-n). A control unit(100) measures a voltage according to the line of the three phase input power line and a current according to n single loads. A switching unit(200) selectively connects the power line of the load to the three phase input power line. The switch unit includes a driver which drives a switching device.
