PURPOSE: A sticker decorated with jewelry and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent glitter powder from being separated by securely attaching jewelry. CONSTITUTION: A fabric layer(40) is formed on an upper side of an adhesion layer(30). A glitter layer(50) is formed on an upper side of the fabric layer. Various colors and patterns are formed on an upper side of the glitter layer in a printing layer(70). A jewelry decoration layer(80) arranges jewelry decorations and forms a certain pattern on the printing layer.
