PURPOSE: Solid fuel for smoking meat and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the escape meat juices and to increase the taste and smell of smoked meat. CONSTITUTION: Solid fuel for smoking meat includes charcoal black powder, starch, corn kernel shells, corn germinal disks, crushed corn kernels, crushed soybeans, crushed walnut shells, crushed peach pit shells, crushed apricot stone shells, rice bran, and moisture. The charcoal black powder supplies combustibility. The starch functions as a binder. The corn kernel shells generate corn based vapor and oil mist. The crushed corn kernels and crushed soybeans function as a combustible agent and a smoking agent.
