<p>PURPOSE: A dishwasher for a restaurant is provided to remarkably reduce manufacturing costs because a distributor for supplying washing and rinsing water is not required. CONSTITUTION: A dishwasher for a restaurant is composed as follows. A washing water tank(14) connected to a washing motor(12) and a rinsing water tank(18) connected to a rinsing motor(16) are arranged inside a main body(10). A door(20) having a window is formed on the top of the main body. A rack(24) for storing dishes(23) is placed on a washing chamber of the main body. Washing and rinsing rotors(26,27,28,29) for jetting washing and rinsing water are arranged at the bottom and top of the rack.</p> |
