PURPOSE: A check valve lossless hydraulic control system is provided to improve the stability of conduit line facility by absorbing the vibrating, noise and impact of a conduit line. CONSTITUTION: A check valve lossless hydraulic control system comprises a cylinder(3), a hydraulic generation part(110), a regular flow conversion part(120) and an emergency flow conversion part(130). The cylinder is installed in for shock-absorbing during open and close operation of a check valve. The hydraulic generation part comprises a hydraulic motor(111), a hydraulic pump(112), a check valve(113) and a relief valve(114). The hydraulic motor operates the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump pumps hydraulic oil. The check valve is installed on the pump outlet side of a water discharging pipe. The check valve prevents backward flowing. The relief valve sets pressure. The regular flow conversion part ascends and descends the cylinder by selectively supplying fluid pressure to the rising port and lowering port of the cylinder in a regular operation state. The regular flow conversion part comprises 4-way valve(123). A solenoid operation part is respectively installed on the conduit lines.
