PURPOSE: An automatic transmission oil temperature control system is provided to secure optimum oil temperature state by regularly maintaining temperature of auto transmission oil. CONSTITUTION: An oil circulation path leads to an auto transmission outlet pipe(31), an oil cooler entrance pipe(32), an oil cooler outlet pipe(33), and an auto transmission entrance pipe(34). A bypass valve(40) forms a bypass channel which interlinks the auto transmission outlet pipe and the auto transmission entrance pipe. A heat transfer member(44) is included in the bypass valve. The bypass valve heats oil by using the heat transfer member in case temperature of the oil is less than set temperature.
