PURPOSE: Sausage food containing cheese and mushroom, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer functionality of animal intestines to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sausage food containing cheese and mushroom comprises the following steps: washing small intestines, large intestines, and abomasums(S1); aging the mushrooms into an extract(S2); melting the cheese, and mixing with mushroom powder(S3); solidifying the cheese, and inserting the cheese into the intestines(S4); tying both ends of the intestines, and cooking in boiling water(S5); and cooling the cooked intestines(S6). |
