PURPOSE: To obtain a small sized vibration gyroscope having good productivity, high sensitivity and good damage resistance. CONSTITUTION: A title device comprises a cylindrical body 12 made of a piezoelectric material. The cylindrical body 12 is polarized in a thickness direction. A common electrode 14 is formed on an inner circumferential face of the cylindrical body 12 and outer electrodes 16a, 16b, 16c are formed on an outer circumferential face thereof. The outer electrodes 16a, 16b, 16c are provided to be divided in the circumferential direction. A vibrator 18 is inserted into the cylindrical body 12. |
