PURPOSE: A turbine fluid compressor is provided to reuse fluid through rising a temperature of the fluid by rubbing when compressing the fluid and to enhance the compression efficiency by compressing air inside of a tank by torque. CONSTITUTION: A turbine fluid compressor comprises a tank(10), a power transferring device(20), a power housing(30), a turbine(50), and a turbine housing(60). The tank is filled with fluid. The power transferring device is fixed to a motor shaft(12). The power housing accepts the power transferring device. The turbine is joined to the power transferring device, thereby being fixed to an end part of several shaft pipes(41) and a central shaft(40) of the power transferring device. The turbine housing surrounds the outer surface of the turbine. An inlet(71) and outlet(72) are formed in a casing(70) where the turbine housing and power housing are joined.
