PURPOSE: A cooling structure of a rack structure is provided to improve cooling efficiency of telecommunication devices or computation equipment accepted in the rack structure by forming a cooling path in a space between a floor side and a panel of an object space. CONSTITUTION: A supply hole(11a) is selectively formed in plurality of panel portions(11). A plurality of panel portions is installed in a fixed head(12). A groove portion(12a) is formed in the boundary surface of the fixed head. A flow path panel is fitted and combined to the groove portion. A supporting board(14) is fixed to the floor side of an object space through a fastening flange(13). A height of the supporting board is adjusted. An air conditioner is installed in one side or outside of the object space. A concentration path is formed in a space between the floor side and an access floor panel.
