PURPOSE: A ladle transfer device is provided to form base metal in a direction not to contact peripheral parts by rotating a ladle. CONSTITUTION: A ladle transfer device(100) comprises a ladle mount(120) and a mount rotating unit. The mount rotating unit rotates the mount in which a ladle is placed. The mount rotating unit is installed in a transfer unit which is located in order to avoid collisions or interference with peripheral parts.
