FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: what is offered is an active recombinant protein of uricase which represents a mutant form of mammal uricase truncated in the N-terminal by 6 amino acid residues which contains substitutes S46T, D7T, R291K and T301S. ^ EFFECT: truncated uricase under the invention is characterised by a lower immunogenicity level and higher structural stability.
